Lightens all over for a gorgeous color and hair dye preparation. Apply on sections to highlight. Apply to bottom half for a unique ombre effect. Includes bleaching powder (1) and oxidizing emulsion (2). Hypoallergenic, made with Hydrolyzed keratin and Jojoba oil to minimize hair damage.
Hydrolyzed silk, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Refined Lanolin, Jojoba Oil
1.Wear gloves and gown. 2.Mix bleaching powder (1) with oxidizing emulsion (2) in bowl using applicator brush. 3. Apply the mixture evenly on dry hair. 4.Leave on for 20 minutes. 5.Rinse with lukewarm water and rinse again with hair treatment.
Avoid storing in areas exposed direct to sunlight. Do Not apply on area with scarrs, eczema, or dematitis. In case products get into eyes, rinse out with water immediately.
