Usage

Apply the Pro Tip Brow Liner to clean, dry, and oil-free skin. Make sure there are no cream, oil, makeup, or powder residues on the skin which could clog the tip of the liner. Ideally, apply the liner to your brows before your foundation. Use the tip to outline your desired brow shape, then apply the felt-tip comb through the hairs in the direction of growth. Liner can be removed easily by rinsing gently with warm water. Please note: The brow liner should be stored horizontally with the lid on securely.
